Anyone experience back pain with IC

Good morning all, I am recently diagnosed with IC. I have been taking Elmiron for 2 weeks now. I am fortunate to not have a lot of burning, only an occasional flare now and then. However I do have pain in my bladder every day. This is made worse by physcial activity. Also at the end of the day or physical activity (i.e. vacuuming, mowing the lawn, general housework) I have bad lower back pain. I am wondering if this is connected to the IC or a whole other problem

Back Pain

I found that I had back pain as well as thigh pain (front to mid thigh) and the nurse practitioner who does my installations said she's heard a lot of IC patients complain of the same pain so I would say yes.
